Email and Form Database Results

    The database for the Multicom Greenscreen System uses most common database forms and delimiters as copy or export functions. The database is avialable in standard Microsoft Excel, CSV or any standard delimeter for text.

    Each participant creates a record in the Multicom Greenscreen System that contains the following fields:

     

    Standard Database

    • the image or the video file
    • participants name
    • participants email address
    • participants record number (for retrieval)
    • date of record creation

    Additionally the database may be extended with custom fields such as:
    • participant address
    • participant city
    • participant state
    • participant zip code
    • participant country
    • participant phone
    • participant birthdate
    • answer field = yes or no (unlimited)
    • answer field = multiple choice a-z (unlimited)
    • answer field = text (unlimited)
    • approval field = yes or no
    • approval field = signature (scanner required)
    • city of event
    • time of record creation
